Secrets to Healthy Nails

Strong Healthy Nails:

I take pride in my long healthy nails, so I’m writing this tutorial to tell you all my secrets, which will work for you as well. I believe beauty is through the inside out, so with that said it’s very important to be healthy, and I encourage my body with special vitamins as well as herbs to sustain my gorgeous nails.

  • Here is a List of Herbs & Vitamins;
  • Biotin
  • Silica
  • Shazaundra Herb
  • Hair, Skin & Nails Supplement
  • Vitamin E
  • Chlorophyll

Regular Manicure as well as Pedicures is encouraged to promote nail growth, but if you’re on a budget just make sure when you do your nails yourself to get great cuticle clippers and push those cuticles back to make way for the growing process. Next thing that is very important is treat your nails with nail strengthener/ridge filler this is my most effective process that helps my nails grow like crazy. I usually put on two coats then desired nail polish. This helps your nails be extremely strong for everyday tasks. If you decide to get your nails done at a salon, make sure to bring your strengthener with you. My favorite nail strengthener is “Nail Tech”.  Now you’re on your way to healthy fabulous nails, but make sure you maintain them by regular filling and ridge filling. Another regiment I like to do is in between putting a new set of strengthener and polish, I like to rub Olive Oil into my nails and my cuticles for a nice little nail mask. Leave this mask on for about 15-20 minutes, rinse off and apply the polish regiment.
